We recently completed a Re-Roofing project for a residential property. The existing roof showed signs of significant wear and damage including decomposing felt that was causing a leak this required a Re-Roof.
This new Flat roof installation was built using durable, weather-resistant high quality materials such as GRP fibreglass laid over a properly prepared and insulated roof deck. All edges, joints, and upstands will be sealed to ensure long-lasting protection against leaks. The system will be installed with a slight pitch for effective water runoff, in compliance with current building regulations.
On this Re-Roof we used high-quality natural slate tiles and we safely removed and disposed of the existing roof covering and inspected and prepared the roof structure, installed breathable membrane and new battens, followed by carefully laying slate tiles in accordance with industry standards. All ridges, valleys, and leadwork have been professionally finished to ensure a watertight and visually appealing result. The newly finished slate roof has long-lasting durability, low maintenance, and a classic, timeless look completed.
We have completed a new Tiled roof using top quality materials tailored to suit the style and requirement of this property. This included removal of the existing roof covering , preparation of the roof structure, fitted breathable membrane and treated battens, and precise tile installation. A dry ridge system has been installed along the roof ridge, providing a secure, maintenance-free alternative to traditional mortar. This system allows for ventilation while withstanding extreme weather conditions, ensuring a longer-lasting and more durable finished result .
